Mod Id graphics export - can't open ck4_fon_0000.bmp

Listening to Nisaba's wisdom I have started using Mod Id for my graphics modding needs, and I quite like it. Its working great for my current Keen 5 project. However, I'm trying to do a new graphics export from a clean copy of Keen 4, and I get this error:

ERROR: Can't open ck4_fon_0000.bmp

For debugging purposes, I then tried a clean Keen 5 export and got the same error (can't open ck5_fon_0000.bmp), yet oddly, in my other Keen 5 folder with my mod in it that I started a week or so ago when Nisaba first recommended Mod Id to me, I never had this problem, and Mod Id works just fine.

Does the "graphics" subfolder exist? I think ModId needs you to create it yourself.

Oh man, you're right...that's all it was! Apparently, I knew to do that last week but had since forgotten. How dumb of me! Thanks!

What is ModId and how did I miss the boat on this?
Where does one get their mitts on it?

ModId is a very powerful graphics importer/exporter, created by Lemm, NY00123, and others. IIRC it was used for Atroxian Realm. You can download it from its GitHub releases page.

The gamedef switch threw me but I got it to work.
