2 things:
1. With a patch is it possible to move the flashing green arrow (from the ending) up or down in Keen 5? (And for Keen 4 and 6 as well?)
2. In Keen 4, is it possible to make enemies (that would take more than 1 shot; if I use such a patch) flash after shooting?
If so, do this as well, no matter how difficult are these. I can wait.

concerning your first question: if you mean this patch over here:
keenwiki/patch:ready for the next page images than it sure is. you just have to alter the vertical / horizontal location to your liking. it's a bit trail and error but you'll get the hang of it.

your second request would include additional sprite images, which you have to come up with. just take a look at the item sprite animation graphics. the flashing is made by two images alternating constantly. how many enemies should have this flashing feature?

I tried the next page thing you linked, but it doesn't work. Maybe it's for Keen 4 or 6. For Keen 5 it's missing then I think, but thanks for linking the section.
As for the flashing Keen 4 enemy thing, Levellass will answer, too. She wanted it a few years ago, but no response since that, that's why I requested it here and I'm just waiting.

For the flashing enemies thing, it's possible but a difficult thing to do since you have to create a totally new 'when shot' code for the enemies. This isn't too bad if you're making a whole new enemy (Which I guess you have to since in Keen 4 there's no multiple shot enemies that don't recover.) but for just tweaking the original enemies it's much more difficult.
The Keen 5 and Keen 6 ending sequence pages are a lot less researched than for Keen 4. These are the equivalent patches you want:

The enemy flashing thing would only and only affect the Poison Slug, nothing else, as you made a patch, when the Slug takes 40 shots to kill and it shots the slime (just see my Martinez McMeyer episode 4, which is Keen 4 mod).

Take your time to make the Keen 4 flashing enemy patch that affects only the Slug. I wait, I can only say this.

I can't seem to make this happen, and I don't know why. This patch should work:
But it doesn't and I am unable to tell why. My best guess currently is that Keen 4 just doesn't allow enemies to flash in this way, though I'd appreciate it if any other keeners know what might be going wrong here. The closest I can come to is this patch, which makes the Slug flash sprite 318 when it's shot If this is colored into a flash it works.
This has been very confusing and annoying. I don't know why it won't work. Any suggestions anyone?

(So after I told you the patch works, you can get into the second Spindred, the Keen 5 shootable switch, and the Keen 5 diagonal shoot patch.)
