Whenever i try to run modkeen it tells me "Load error: mp dpmi - Get csdmpi*b.zip"

What does that mean?

ModKeen requires DPMI (DOS Protected Mode Interface). There are lots of places online where you can a DPMI provider - like CSDPMI - but I'd suggest that you use KeenGraph instead of ModKeen. It's newer, has more features, and doesn't need DPMI. (It runs on Windows, not DOS.)

well, it is not always easy to start with KeenGraph. You might wanna download csdpmi.zip here in order to use modkeen. I also suggest to read Ceilick's Keen Galaxy Modding Tutorial over here, which helps a lot to get things started.
