Keen: Modding

I have noticed that Keen Dreams 1.7 is not supported by CKDPatch, yet it is the most 4-6 like version of Keen Dreams, and lacks all those annoying startup files. Now since I don't think anyone knows the program language CKPatch is written in, I was wondering if anyone would be interested if I wrote something to patch all versions of Keen, but especially Dreams 1.7?

Iunno. I'm not even sure what version I have, I've never checked. (Prolly not 1.7, it's a dubiously-legal copy I picked up at a swap meet many years ago.)
