Longer help texts

In the registered Keen Dreams, the help menus are longer. This can be achieved in the shareware version as well by patch. (Thanks to myself for searching through in the D.BEH.)
The empty space can be found from if you want to include more texts for the first and the second help section (Up to you how you spare space for these sections). As for the third section, it starts from $229E0 (this is where the original help section texts start from), but since these aren't used due to moving the offsets, thus you can have free/longer space if you wanna write longer story for your Keen Dreams mod.
But all these depends on what you wanna include in the help, so becareful or the texts will overflow!
