Keen 5: item that's 10,000 points

Well, I want a 10,000-point item. (Note it'll be for an other project.)

When it vanished (after running into it), the sprite is: 5SPR0271.BMP
Coding: in the TOM tileset, the 10,000 point would be under the easy mode Sphereful (by the Korath "bunny").
