Tile-based Gem + 50 point item

Hey, is it possible to have tile-based gems in Keen 6? (In case it's possible for Keen 4 and 5, let me know that either.) Because I have a request explained on this png file:

Could you make this patch for me? I have always wanted to request this for 3-4 years.

Also, don't forget that I want own keyholders for the pink, white, cyan and black (tile-based) gems!

Other question: is it possible to have 50 point item (tile-based also)? If so, if Keen runs into an item that is 50 points, no 'item got' animation appears (like in case of 100, 200, 500, 1000, 2000, 5000), but on the scorebox the game adds 50 points (as well as on the status screen of course). Of course the sound is the same after getting a 50 point item as if i got 100, 200, 500, etc. points.
