Change the length of max ankh time?

With every ankh Keen gets, he gets time added on top of what he had before. This builds up and up until, I believe, 90 seconds. After that the extra time is thrown out the window. Is it possible to use a patch to shorten this max time, to say...10 seconds? I have something very cool I can do with this.

Actually it's $E6 Mrs Lass, I've tried to pin this down, but have had no luck at all so far; I'll try afresh later tonight, but I can't promise anything, what I need is a better understanding of what Ankh code does what, Andy is probbably the one for this.
