PATCH QUESTION: More Graphics

1. Is it possible to increase the amount of tiles in the palette?

2. Can enemies be duplicated somehow? Like, two enemies that act exactly the same, but look different.

And, of course, by 'Is it possible...?' I mean 'If it's possible, can Andrew be bothered finding a way...?'

If even 1. can be done, we can push the horizons of Keen1 modding even further. (Not to mention it will give us a hell of a lot of leeway on the CKCM :)

1. No - there's too much dependence on the hard-coded values, particularly with the tile info.

2. Not very likely, and even then you'd have to replace an existing sprite with this 'duplicate' one; it *might* just be possible, but it'd be difficult. Note that in Keen 3, however, you have two different grunt sprites (although I think they share the same images). Something might be done with those.

Hmmm, interesting questions.. It would be definitely cool to add new enemy there.. :)

Oh, and one related question: What about chaning palette colours?
