Bridgecalc, as posted by Grelphy

When I use co-ordinates 4,4 and 5,6 for example I get -1022 for bridgecalc but 513 for my program. (Xtraverse's gives me -2, but 513 if I reverse the co-ordinates.) Maybe its the 32767 sprite thing. (I didn't take it into account and my program works fine.)

I know 513 is the sprite in this situation, can someone try these programs and tell me what I got wrong?

P.S Whats the third program?

err oops, I was doing the switch coordinates minus the bridge coordinates instead of the other way around. I'll fix that right away.

Xtraverse's program works with the co-ordinates reversed!

I have had the same troubble with CKGuy's program as Bridgecalc.

Sorry about the code not working.

Next time I have my calculator and the QB code in front of me, I'll compare them.

[edit:] People who are having problems with the code: which version was it? Mine (the QB one), the online one, or the VisualBasic one?

Just a note: my VB bridgecalc doesn't work. I noticed this right after I posted it. Sorry. I'm still working on a fix.

BTW, the QB code worked fine, for me.

Well as it's so expensive, most web hosting places don't offer it.

1.I am going be a host, that includes cold fusion hosting

2.I am using the developer edition(which is free).

Does that make things clearer?
