Keen 1: DONE marker size

Before requesting I ask: Is this possible? Here it is: (to see what I wrote, do zoom in)

Is it possible to avoid this to make 2 tileplaces for the left 16x16 and right 16x16 of this kinda DONE marker with a patch? Because I tried it: I entered a level (like the PNG picture showed), but after completing that level I couldn't see DONE markers (on left and right only), and then I entered, but it was like a bug which took me back to the worldmap again.
Okay, maybe it was chinese, but approximately do you get what I mean? If what I asked/said possible, do this patch for me.
