Level 16 Vorticon

Short and sweet: the Vorticon in Level 16 is virtually invincible to raygun shots, but I don't want him to be invincible in my mod. Any way to change him back to a regular old four-shot Vorticon?

The simplest way would be to use Level16 as a level without a Vorticon (or whatever is replacing it), so that the any other levels will have non-invincible vorticons.

I was thinking about that, and that's the route I would have taken, but I'm concerned that that may bring up another bug. If the four main items (joystick, battery, etc.) are in levels other than their original intended levels, it's been my experience that after losing your life, that item can "disappear" from your inventory of things you've already gotten. And I have no way of ensuring that they do that level last.
