I was talking to Malvineous a long time ago about ways of making the Patch Index more accessible and less cumbersome to update. He suggested a means of implementing it into the KeenWiki, and actually set up an example entry.
If anyone's interested in contributing to a conversion, I'll ask him again about the details and post the instructions here.

And yes, the existing index is nice, but it's just that, and index, a bare bones listing that suffers, especially with the more interesting patches such as those for sprites. Something more alive and with possibilities above that of mere text files would be nice. (Though of course I'd like to keep the current index up, if only because it's so compact.)
