Well, enemy patches are just the same as any other patches. You'll need CKPatch and to create a patch file, e.g. patch4.pat. The patch file should be set up like this: %ext ck4 %version 1.4 [patches go here] %end Then you just need to set up a batch file, say go4.bat, to read "ck4patch patch4.p...

Ray Patrick = thehackercat
Odd that he'd delete them though.

And wow Lemm + Doomjedi, simply amazing work. That's pretty much all I can say about it right now because my jaw is on the floor.

Well, they're automatically extracted with ModKeen. 5MSC000X.bin, where X is 2/3, I think. And IIRK, there's some way to change them, I just don't quite remember how.

Edit: Well, at least I know how to change the colors, at any rate.

All this time, I've kind of assumed %ext meant extension (at this point, I can't remember if I read this somewhere or if I just made that up). If it really does mean extract, my mind = blown.

That ending patch works fine with a clean copy of Keen 1. Perhaps another of the patches you're using is interfering with it.

Amazing, Lemm! The extent to which you've improved modding is just astounding. I'm looking forward to writing some enemy behaviors.

The shading of the water looks a little weird as it is (I suggest some slight dithering rather than large horizontal sections of dark blue), but overall those are looking great, doomjedi, especially the green slime pools.

After you install the Dropbox program and accept the invitation to the folder, it's actually pretty easy to access the files. During the installation, you needed to specify a directory on your hard drive to be your Dropbox folder (which is named "My Dropbox" by default). Within this folder...

Okay, you should now have an invite in your email, Doomjedi. As should you, Tulip.

Edit: Nevermind, I just noticed you guys joined a little while ago. Sign up, everyone else.

Looks like you'll need to copy and paste the whole link to your address bar in order to include the non-hyperlinked section (the "(v3.3).zip" at the end). Guess I shouldn't have used parenthesis in the filename.

Thanks, Draik.

Forgot to mention this, but to use the new version, be sure to put it in your standard Mindbelt directory; it requires the episxdat script files to run.

I already set up the KeenWiki page several months ago: http://www.shikadi.net/keenwiki/Command ... munity_Mod Granted, it's pretty rudimentary and contains outdated information, but it is a start.

Okay, I've modified Mindbelt for use with tilesets containing 910 tiles. Here it is: http://www.mediafire.com/?1hj344i4zzz (Gah, I can't stand not being able to use files.commanderkeen.org). I've tested editing levels with a larger tileset, but I haven't actually tested them in-game since I can't fi...

Excellent, you should now have a message about joining the folder.

As long as more people sign up, this should be a pretty efficient method for organizing the files and whatnot.
