Malvineous is right, seems I haven't been paying attention to the command line.

You'll first type this in command:

cd desktop\Keen Modding\My Mod 
After pressing enter, you'll then type:

modkeen -episode=4 -export -bmpdir="graphics"

You need to type that information into the command prompt, not the Run window.

Go to run and type "cmd", the window that opens is where you type:

It's supposed to be compatible, but I've heard some people have had trouble with it. If dragging and dropping your Keen executable on it doesn't result in a new file being created in the manner the tutorial explains, let me know.

Moar Vorticon confrontation, less manipulation.

The final three vertical rooms and the first and last horizontal room made for some good confrontations, but all had opportunity for planning and prep prior to the fight.
