As a matter of fact, Harvey's mod uses a few of these, let's see... 1.) I'll have to work on this, I think it's possible, if I can find somewhere to insert the right code. 2.) I have no idea how to do this, Spleen may be able to help, I'll give it a whirl. 3.) From the Patch Index, ->Keen2 -> T.txt ...

Forgive me. What I meant was that it is possible to add new sprite *frames* and bitmaps (As used say by the title screen and the About Id screen.) Sprites themselves use sprite frames, but we're usually limited to using only a few frames, say 4 to walk, 2 to jump, etc. It is not at present possible ...

Keen 1-3: Add more graphics
The EGAHEAD format is well known to the Keen community; it is a few variables followed by a list of all the graphics in the EGASPRIT and EGALATCH files and their offsets. (I notice that Modkeen and lmodkeen leave the names blank when they create the EGAHEAD file, which makes things difficult.) Now i...

I like the cans, you can always get them, and they provide eyecandy. The birck-gun arrangement looks impossible to me from all angles and glances; there's only a one tile way through, anyone can tell that. But I do hate the drops, my goodness yes. I know *exactly* what I shall put in if I ever make ...

But just how much is done by you and how much by Harvey, LL? I did the first 4 levels and the maze level, about half the tileset and all the patches n' betatesting. Harvey did pretty much the rest. A lot of it looked similar to Keen Q, which makes me wonder if you added the overlapping layers and s...

Harvey's Mod II
My goodness it's been a bit since I was last here... Well, yesterday Sarah was around and about, and we got to looking around my old Keen folder, to shake out the cobwebs and play Keen Q, which reminded me a bit of an old collaborative project I'd done some months (Years?) back with ex-keener Harvey...

I haven't the faintest idea what all the gibberish means, but after half an hour of trying to find out, I've found that yes, it's a simple matter of subtraction; I don't know what happens with you, but for me the program is always loaded into the exact same spot of memory, with the exact same size h...

I didn't know the Admiral was still around, he's certainly been quiet when *I* was after him. I have an issue with this, though it works well, is there a way to patch it something more like: %patch $31DB0 $16C9W $148CRW Which is something you can get directly from the EXE instead of having to conver...
