Ah yes, how do you convert graphics from 24-bit full color pictures to 16 colors? I have had mediocre results going down that path, perhaps it would be better if I had a better quantization algorithm but GIMP does not seem to offer algorithms that are good for 16 colors like Spatial Color Quantizati...

Well, I assumed the problem would be that the files from 1.13 would not work with the 1.93 executable. But after you said that, I decided to run some tests to make sure.
