For you perhaps. Patching has always been easiest for me. What happens when Keenball is sitting on the ground, and the player tries to make it move downwards? Does it bounce up?

This will prove to be very, very tricky. Ill do the best I can but it may take until next month to do. We'll just have to see what can be achieved.

Also, this replaces Keen's normal behavior yes? he's a ball all the time? Or is he a ball only when swimming? (Which is harder to do.)

So how exactly would this work? (You probably don't want swimming but a whole new set of behaviors.) I assume the player can 'roll' Keen left and right, can the make him bounce as well? By 'forces' do you mean that Keen bounces off at an angle from slopes? A little more detail on what you want to ac...

Strange, how big is the Keenwave.exe you're using? Mine is 226KB and makes both SOUNDS files just fine.

In the patch above there's a duplicate chain with one frame of animation that looks different from the default chain. (You can add it to your patchfile and see the results.) It can be shot but changing this is trifling. I can make a complete patch if I'm just given the frames the new sprite will nee...

Surprisingly tricky once again. So I assume that you DON'T want the Garg to look for and chase Keen anymore, instead it's going to float around more like a balloon? Or the Skypest in Keen 4?

Trickier than I initially thought. In fact given your previous request with the Lick it's easier to neutralize that patch and swap their collisions. Sadly the properties of tiles are pretty hard-baked into the game; the tile placed in a level will set the properties for the entire animation loop; only the image changes unlike Keen Galaxy. This is also why it uses strict 2 and 4 tile animation loops. To do this would require the creation of a new...

It is the same sound as Keen's head hitting a ceiling, usually happening several times in quick succession. So the remaining sounds you need are just Keen Dreams, yes?

Ok, but it is using the same frames for that as it does when walking?

Also, did you know you can stick 'extra' sprite frames onto the end in Keen Vorticons? Just add more entries to LIST.TXT and some new sprite bitmaps. Your new sprite can use 1SPR0119.bmp, 1SPR0120.bmp...
