IRC Channel and Dropbox

If you would like to contribute to the project in other ways than just this K:M sub-forum, please consider the following options.

The Public Commander Keen Forum IRC Channel

Use the above link if you are unfamiliar with IRC. Otherwise, here is a direct link to the channel: irc://

The IRC channel is especially important, as it allows us to discuss ideas in real-time and get through a lot more layers of deliberation in a short period of time.

Dropbox is where we keep the relevant files now. This includes graphics, patches and the latest demo mod, among other things.

(Xky, can you make this a sticky?)

Get an account and post the address below so we can invite you.

Could you have perhaps posted a direct link to the IRC channel? So people could get to it from this topic?

And I don't know if it's my hours or what, but it's always as quiet in there as a morgue at midnight.

Added a direct link, but I won't duplicate the other information from the PCKF thread.

If anyone has some trouble using either the IRC channel or Dropbox, post here and we'll resolve the issue.

I made a Dropbox account. Looks like a handy tool. But what's the address you're talking about? E-mail?

Yes. I sent you an invite.

Also, if anyone is using the dropbox regularly, PLEASE do not work out of the dropbox folder! Make a copy of the folder and work out of that. A few files have mysteriously disappeared...

K, got it. Thanks. Oh, and I'll keep that in mind.

On the risk of punishment of death, I hereby perform a supernecrobump of this thread.
New people on here and everyone else, this IRC channel is still up.

EDIT: Maybe a move over to general? Its game related after all
