I recall Keen 2-3 levels often having compression in the header for a series of eight or so bytes. Always safest to apply it to the entire file.

Add "-lang qb" which tells FreeBASIC that it's a Qbasic program.

If you load the dumped file with w32dasm (telling it to use 16-bit disassembly when it prompts you), you'll get a listing of assembly language that can help you to better understand what the code is doing (or else cause you to tear out all your hair.
