For major levels I tend to plan them out on graph paper, (not majorly usually- just black pen for solids, red pen for sprites, green pen for items(and everything else). detail and interesting background I add in-editor. Of course, if the level isn't anything major, I'll probably do it all in-editor ...

How many sprites are needed in a level for the door to disappear when touched? Or is there another way to do it? And the scrubs and lifts- what about the block routine? point it to the block routine and when it moves it should leave keen behind. Or, the space from a keen2 status patch, copy the rout...

I haven't seen a status creen patch for keen2- did i miss something or is there a woy for the door patch to work without it now (though i havent seen a door patch for keen2 either...)Yes, I'm pretty sure a modified version of And'ys solid door patch should work

Keen 2 door patching
Hi can anyone help with some various door patching for keen2? - doors kill keen if he doesn't have the keycard for it (rather than bounce him) - doors instantly dissapear when touched with keycard - and is it possible to animate doors using tileinfo without the game crashing? ie: TD2 - TD1 LD1 - LD2...
